That is why in this article we list 5 things that you should never forget when you go on holiday.
While you may not need travel documents when traveling to your village or Abuja, they are absolutely necessary for international travel. Be sure to pack your passport, visa (if applicable) and any other important documents you may need.
Failure to bring these items could mean getting stuck at the airport or worse – being sent home! Be sure to also keep a copy of these documents in a safe place in case you lose them while on vacation. Nobody likes sad stories.
I’ve been in too many situations where I forgot my toothbrush or shampoo. And trust me, it’s not a fun experience. Be sure to pack all your toiletries in your carry-on bag so you don’t have to worry about them on the plane. That way you know where to find them, instead of having to go to stores to buy them.
3. Chargers and Adapters:
We all know that traveling can be very demanding, especially the hours before the trip. If you don’t plan well, you might forget the smallest things, like chargers. Imagine getting on a plane and realizing that you forgot your charger and adapter. You would have to go through all the red tape to get a new one in a relatively new environment.
So be sure to pack your chargers and adapters so you can keep your devices charged and ready to go.
This is something I always seem to forget. And then, if I remember, I have to buy a new one because I’ve used up all of mine. So make sure to pack lip balm – your lips will surely thank you for it! If you’re traveling during this period of intense cold, especially to normally cold countries, you’ll need all the lip balm you can get.
Imagine: you’re in a new city, it’s raining cats and dogs and you don’t have an umbrella. Within minutes, you’ll be soaked and probably catch a cold.
Be sure to pack an umbrella so you don’t have to worry about this happening to you! It doesn’t have to be the long, stiff umbrellas, there are also retractable umbrellas.
