Infor HMS went live in the fourth quarter of 2021 and will be followed in 2022 by Infor EzRMS, replacing a legacy property management system (PMS) that limited growth and limited the guest experience.

Faced with operational limitations due to the poor integration capabilities of their legacy PMS, and after a thorough evaluation of the market, Infor HMS was chosen not only for its connectivity to a range of third-party systems, but also for its innovative features. These include digital guest registration, self-service options for corporate bookings and improved workflows for domestic workers.
Infor EzRMS was chosen to help deliver an intelligent, responsive revenue management strategy as the hotel aims to increase its share of revenue from its 366 rooms.
