LOVE Island star Megan Barton-Hanson was left terrified after a hotel bust-up with on-off lover James Lock.
Megan, 28, alerted staff who called 999 following the row.
Just hours before the clash, Megan had enjoyed a date with another reality TV star at the same club where Towie cast member James, 35, was also partying.
A source said: “Megan was shocked. It was all very aggressive.
“At one point, the hotel door was kicked. There was a lot of shouting.
“This all happened in broad daylight in a busy hotel. It was very dramatic and Megan’s hotel door was damaged in the chaos.
“It seems that James was given her room number.
“There is some suggestion that staff were shown pictures of the pair of them together and that he was handed a room key.”
The drama unfolded at the £350-a-night Courthouse Hotel, close to Oxford Street, Central London, on Friday morning.
Police were seen arriving outside shortly after workers dialed 999.
Megan is understood to have left the hotel before cops arrived.
After her date, Megan posted pictures of her night out on social media.
During the evening she and James both partied separately at nearby nightclub Bagatelle.
James was accompanied by a mystery blonde while Megan held hands with Life On Marbs star Adam Graham, 31.
Prior to the incident, James was spotted at the hotel with another reality star — Geordie Shore’s Nathan Henry.
Megan, James and Nathan, 31, all appeared on MTV’s Ex On The Beach last year.
A hotel source said: “Megan was horrified and she dialled reception asking for the police to be called.
“This was at around 10.30am so the hotel was busy. It was scary because he is a big guy and he was escorted out.
“It’s not nice for guests to see that and people were naturally a bit shaken afterwards.
“We’ve all been told to check for room cards from now.
“The hotel is for guests only. Security is in place to allow only those who have booked rooms access to the venue.”
It is understood that Megan has given a statement to police following the incident.
Megan was first linked to James in October last year after the pair filmed Ex On The Beach together in Gran Canaria. But they have been on-off since then.
They celebrated her birthday together earlier this month, with snaps of a cake shaped like a pair of boobs. But it was reported they had split again last week.
Former Southend stripper Megan, who is prominent on x-rated website OnlyFans, has released a range of sex toys with Ann Summers.
Opening up about her relationship with James last year, she said: “He’s not really this character that I . † † well I used to watch Towie back in the day when he was the bad boy.
“He’s so down-to-earth. He’s easy to talk to. He’s so intelligent and you don’t really see that on TV but, yeah, we’re having a great time.
He’s really opened my eyes and we’ve been enjoying a lot of time together.
“He’s really surprised me. I didn’t think he would be like that.
“People look at us and think, ‘Oh my god I’m such a strong feminist and he’s a proper alpha male. There’s no way we would get on’.
“But I just guess — for someone who’s been judged so harshly because of my career choice in the sex work industry and how I was portrayed on Love Island — it was a big reality check, like, ‘Meg, you’ve been judged.
“Why are you judging someone else?”
Bisexual Megan, who starred on Love Island in 2018, previously dated former co-star Wes Nelson, 24, Towie’s Demi Sims, 25, and footballer Chelcee Grimes, 29.
James, who joined Towie nine years ago, was slammed by domestic abuse charity Women’s Aid in 2018 for his aggressive on-screen behavior to ex girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou, 27.
At the time there were calls for ITV bosses to drop him from the show because of his actions.
He has also dated Towie co-stars Danielle Armstrong, 33, and Abigail Clarke, 30 and appeared on E4’s Celebs Go Dating two years ago.
He apologised last year for flaunting his glamorous lifestyle in Dubai, like many influencers, while the UK was in lockdown.
He said: “I hold my hands up, I have been insensitive at times. I should have been more considerate to the people back home who are struggling.”
A spokesman for Megan declined to comment.
James and ITV were approached for comment.
